新生儿入户访视是医护人员对新生儿出院后护理及喂养指导的延续服务,可以根据新生儿的个体差异和现场存在的问题进行及时和有针对性的指导,访视人员在访视过程中宣传疾病的预防,指导新生儿家属做好护理,是提高家庭育儿水平和促进新生儿健康成长的重要方法之一。产后入户访视解决了许多产妇及家属日常疑难问题,同时建立了良好的医患沟通平台。但目前产后入户访视工作的开展存在诸多不足,为提高社区医生入户访视人员的访视质量,进一步降低访视失访率,探讨新生儿访视过程中不可忽视的内容,本文结合相关文献,对新生儿入户访视的研究成果进行了综述。
