目的研究北京市卫生消毒监督人力资源配置的科学性与合理性,为政府科学配置卫生监督人员提供决策参考。方法运用综合性分析方法,描述北京市消毒产品卫生监督人力资源配置的科学性。结果经综合性描述结果表明,北京市消毒产品卫生监督人力资源配置综合状况比较科学合理的是东城区,较差的是丰台区。城区消毒产品卫生监督人力资源配置综合状况优于郊区。结论北京市卫生消毒监督人员配置,在所学专业和工作资历等方面比较科学合理,郊区配置需要进一步优化。
Objective To study the rationality and scientific rationality of human resource allocation in sanitation and disinfection and supervision in Beijing and to provide reference for decision-making of government health supervision personnel. Methods A comprehensive analysis method was used to describe the scientificity of human resource allocation in sanitation supervision of disinfectant products in Beijing. The results of a comprehensive description of the results show that Beijing sanitation supervision and disinfection products, the overall situation of human resources allocation is more scientific and rational Dongcheng District, Fengtai District is poor. Urban sanitation supervision of human resources configuration overall situation is better than the suburbs. Conclusion The configuration of sanitation and disinfection supervisors in Beijing is more scientific and reasonable in terms of majors and work qualifications, and the suburban disposition needs to be further optimized.
