随着市场经济的发展和企业竞争的日益激烈,成本控制变的尤为重要。企业要想能够在市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须要对每一个项目进行成本控制管理,从而实现控制成本的目的。因此,成本是衡量企业管理水平的一个综合性指标,同时,成本控制也就成为施工企业管理中的一个永恒的主题。本文主要是从控制因素和措施两个方面对项目成本进行分析。
With the development of market economy and the increasingly fierce competition of enterprises, cost control becomes more and more important.
