目的:对全国31个不同来源川楝子中4种重金属(砷、汞、镉、铅)的含量进行分析评价。方法:采用湿法消解对样品进行处理,通过原子荧光分光光度法对重金属含量进行测定。结果:镉未检出;砷和铅含量极低,个别产地检出较高;不同来源川楝子中重金属元素的含量有一定差异。结论:不同来源川楝子药材基本上达到了《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》和中国药典2010年版相应的重金属限量标准。
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the content of four kinds of heavy metals (arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead) in Toona sinensis from 31 different sources in China. Methods: The samples were treated by digestion with wet method and the contents of heavy metals were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: Cadmium was not detected; the contents of arsenic and lead were very low, and the detection rates of individual producing areas were higher. The contents of heavy metal elements in Toona sinensis from different sources were different. Conclusion: Toona sinensis from different sources basically reached the “Green Industry Standard of Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations” and the corresponding limit of heavy metals in the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
