图1所示为一个两端带法兰盘薄壁筒形件,材料为不锈钢,要求在外圆腰部加工为四段宽51mm长58mm深0.9mm的凹凸型面,光洁度▽5。用常规的成形铣削办法,是将工件夹装在转盘上,在X518铣床上用成形铣刀按划线控制分度进行加工。由于这种工件的尺寸大(φ980mm)、壁薄(3mm),工件的刚性很差。再加上工件型面宽,材料的切削性能差,加工中振动大,使加工光洁度达不到设计要求,成为工艺技术难关。根据工件特点,我们用以车代铣的方法,设计制造了专用附件传动装置,在1.25M卧式车床上
Figure 1 shows a thin-walled tubular body with a flange at both ends.
