本研究通过密度5cm、10cm、15cm、20cm、25cm处理,采用Li-6400型光合仪测定蓝蓟叶片的光合指标。结果表明:光合日变化在密度20cm没有“午休”现象之外,其他密度均出现“午休”现象,密度大的“午休”时间出现在上午,密度小的“午休”出现在下午。10 cm的在10:00,5 cm的在12:00,其他密度在14:00;各密度处理中光合速率最大值为21.467μmol(CO2)/(m2·s),最小值为18.86μmol(CO2)/(m2·s),平均值为20.392μmol(CO2)/(m2·s)。从光合“午休”分析看,蓝蓟最佳栽培密度为20 cm。说明密度影响蓝蓟光合日变化,形成作物产量影响的直接因素。各密度中只有25 cm处理的净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率和气孔限制值表现为极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.94**,0.93**,0.95**;与胞间CO2浓度表现为显著相关,相关系数为0.92*,与水分利用效率和表观叶肉导度表现为极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.97**,-0.92**。其他密度处理中净光合速率和其他特征指标之间没有达到显著水平,说明栽培密度25 cm为最佳密度。
In this study, photosynthetic parameters of Echinochloa crusgalli were determined by Li-6400 photosynthesis apparatus with density of 5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm and 25cm. The results showed that: the photosynthetic diurnal variation had the phenomenon of “lunch break” at the density of 20 cm without “lunch break ”, the density of “lunch breaks” appeared in the morning and the density was low “ Appears in the afternoon. 10 cm at 10: 00, 5 cm at 12:00, and other densities at 14:00. The maximum photosynthetic rate in each density treatment was 21.467 μmol (CO2) / (m2 · s) and the minimum was 18.86 μmol ( CO2) / (m2 · s) with an average of 20.392 μmol (CO2) / (m2 · s). From photosynthesis ”lunch break " analysis, the best cultivation density of blue thistle is 20 cm. The net photosynthetic rate of only 25 cm in density was significantly correlated with stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and stomatal limitation. The correlation coefficients were 0.94 **, 0.93 ** and 0.95 **, respectively. The intercellular CO2 concentration And the correlation coefficient was 0.92 *, which was significantly and negatively correlated with the water use efficiency and apparent mesotrophic conductance. The correlation coefficient was -0.97 **, -0.92 **. There was no significant difference between net photosynthetic rate and other characteristic indexes in other density treatments, which indicated that planting density 25 cm was the best density.
