结合某坑口电厂制粉系统及褐煤干燥系统技术方案的选择,首先分析对比了制粉系统采用风扇磨与中速磨+褐煤干燥系统的优缺点,选择了中速磨+褐煤干燥系统的工艺线路;然后介绍了国内外用于褐煤干燥的主要工艺技术,通过综合分析比较,确定采用蒸汽管回转干燥机作为褐煤干燥系统主要设备;最后对该褐煤干燥系统进行了详细的说明。将褐煤干燥技术引入电力行业,对于探索适合于我国电力行业的褐煤干燥工艺技术以及相关问题具有重要的借鉴意义。
Based on the selection of technology scheme for milling system and lignite drying system in a power plant in Hang Hau, the advantages and disadvantages of using fan mill and medium speed mill + lignite drying system for pulverizing system are analyzed and compared first, and the process line of medium speed mill + lignite drying system is selected Then, the main technologies for lignite drying at home and abroad are introduced. Through the comprehensive analysis and comparison, the steam pipe rotary dryer is selected as the main equipment of lignite drying system. Finally, the lignite drying system is described in detail.
