企业发展的成本很大程度上取决于企业的管理水平,而企业的管理水平又与企业的人力资源管理息息相关。当前我国市场竞争的发展不断加强,企业的规模也在逐步扩大,这就使得人力资源的危机管理在企业发展的重要性越来越高。本论主要是从危机管理的角度出发,并根据人力资源管理的相关理论进行研究,不断加强企业人才对于预警管理的意识,同时根据人力资源的各项危机管理进行相应的预防措施的探索。
The cost of enterprise development depends to a large extent on the management level of the enterprise, which is closely related to the human resources management of the enterprise. At present, the development of market competition in our country is constantly strengthened and the scale of enterprises is gradually expanding. This makes the crisis management of human resources increasingly important in the development of enterprises. This thesis is mainly from the perspective of crisis management, and based on the relevant theories of human resource management, we continuously strengthen the awareness of enterprise personnel about early-warning management and at the same time, make exploration on the corresponding preventive measures according to the crisis management of human resources.
