一、引言近年来,随着涂料的广泛应用和新型涂料时开发,对各种涂层的耐蚀性能进行评定和监控已成为一个重要课题。关于涂层的耐蚀机理,一般认为,当介质与涂层无明显化学反应及严重物理溶胀时,涂层的破坏主取决于二方面的因素: (1)介质扩散达到金属基体时间的长短。这一时间的长短取决于涂层的厚度及涂层的质量,即涂层阻滞介质扩散渗透的能力。

INTRODUCTION In recent years, along with the extensive application of coatings and the development of new coatings, it has become an important issue to evaluate and monitor the corrosion resistance of various coatings. As for the corrosion resistance of the coating, it is generally believed that the failure of the coating mainly depends on two factors when there is no obvious chemical reaction and severe physical swelling of the medium and the coating: (1) the time that the medium diffuses to reach the metal matrix.
