人杰地灵的武夷山不仅山清水秀、四季怡人,有着“曲曲水回转,峰峰水抱流”的美称,而且村野山歌也十分丰富。武夷山的村民在生产生活中为了倾诉岁月的艰辛,表达对生活的热爱和向往,歌颂家乡秀美的山水,他们或以委婉的曲调,或以高亢的声音,畅达情怀唱出动听的山歌。武夷山是历史悠久的茶乡,茶农们在劳动中历尽了艰辛,也生发出许多感慨,并且用朴实的语言吟出来。如“采茶歌”就是围绕茶农生活和他们思想感情来传唱。
