Toll样受体(TLR)是I型跨膜受体,在天然免疫和获得性免疫反应中发挥重要作用,近年来被认为是天然免疫系统中的关键受体。许多研究表明,TLR可能通过多个环节调节过敏反应的进程。作者对TLR在变应性鼻炎中作用作一综述。
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are type I transmembrane receptors that play an important role in innate and adaptive immune responses and have recently been identified as key receptors in the innate immune system. Many studies have shown that TLR may regulate the process of allergic reaction through several aspects. The author reviews the role of TLR in allergic rhinitis.
