本文设计了一种简易气体分析仪.用分别注入试剂的方法可连续测定多种气体.与振荡吸收法联合使用进行了氧化焙烧迴转窑中二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氧和氮的分析.实验证明:本仪器与奥氏气体分析仪相比,具有体积小、结构简单、携带方便、易于自制、操作简便、容易掌握、节约试剂、分析速度快等优点.本法在10分钟内可以测定上述四种气体.结果准确,重现性好.已长期用于窑前分析.一、仪器与试剂气体分析仪:将50ml滴定管刻度上方5至7mm以外部份去掉,按图1与提升瓶连接,使用时橡皮塞下端与滴定管零点处在同一水平面上.
