以我国生产制造企业为研究对象,从时间前后两个方向分析了生产制造企业的物流运作模式,形成了一个以生产制造企业内部物料控制中心为核心,集供应商联盟和客户联盟为一体的集成化物流管理系统,并探讨了生产制造企业物流控制中心的物理结构和功能模块。文章指出:尽管在生产制造企业的不同发展时期,生产制造企业适应不同的物流模式,但随着企业的发展,各生产制造企业均要向物流外包这一模式转型。
Taking China’s manufacturing enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes the logistics operation mode of the manufacturing enterprises from two aspects before and after the time, and forms an integrated system which integrates the supplier alliance and the customer alliance with the material control center of the manufacturing enterprise as the core And logistics management system, and discusses the physical structure and function modules of the logistics control center of manufacturing enterprises. The article points out that although manufacturing enterprises adapt to different logistics modes in different stages of manufacturing enterprises’ development, with the development of enterprises, all manufacturing enterprises have to transition to the mode of logistics outsourcing.
