为贯彻全国农村工作会议精神,落实农业部《2014年全国植物保护工作要点》,3月6日全国农技中心在四川省成都市召开全国春季农作物重大病虫害防控工作会议。农业部种植业管理司、四川省农业厅有关领导,中国农科院植保研究所、西北农林科技大学、华中农业大学相关小麦、油菜产业体系专家以及河北、山西、江苏等16省(自治区、直辖市)植保部门负责人共计50余人参加了会议。四川省农业厅总经济师肖小余出席会议并致辞,全国农技中心植保首席专家张跃进主持会议,全国农技中心副主任钟天润作会议总结讲话。
In order to carry out the spirit of the National Conference on Rural Work and implement the “2014 National Plant Protection Work Points” of the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Agricultural Technology Center held a national conference on prevention and control of major pests and diseases of crops in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on March 6. Department of Plantation Management, Ministry of Agriculture, Relevant leaders of Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture, Plant Protection Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Northwest A & F University, Huazhong Agricultural University related wheat, rapeseed industry system experts, and 16 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in Hebei, Shanxi and Jiangsu More than 50 people in charge of plant protection departments attended the meeting. Xiaoyu Yu, chief economist of Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Yuejin, chief expert in plant protection of the National Agricultural Technology Center, presided over the meeting. Zhong Tianrun, deputy director of the National Agricultural Technology Center made a concluding remarks.
