GB3965-83《电焊条熔敷金属中扩散氢测定方法》中规定:焊接时夹具应通水冷却并保证与试样能紧密接触;停焊后2s内试样进入0~20℃的冷却水冷却;从试件焊完到放入收集器内,不超过60s。一、扩散氢测定用的两种焊接夹具 1.采用图1夹具者,如WES1003-1984《焊接接头氢含量测定方法》;IIW-315-68;DIN-8572《中低合金钢焊道金属氢含量测定方法试行规程》。该夹具采用制动螺栓来装卸试样,试样与夹具接触紧密,焊后试块易于卸除;但卸除的速度慢,而且没有水流冷却,焊接热难于导出(国内有些单位加以改进,在夹具中钻通孔以通过冷却水)。
