近日,《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法修正案(送审稿)》开始公开征求意见。除了与刑法修正案(九)中有关危险驾驶罪的规定进行衔接,送审稿还针对现实中存在的非法买卖交通违法记分加大了惩处力度。新规一旦通过,将进一步完善现有交通安全法律体系,为打击“买分卖分”违法行为提供法律依据,更好地发挥法律对“任性违法”驾驶人的威慑作用。
Recently, “People’s Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Amendment (draft for review)” began to publicly seek views. In addition to linking with the provisions on dangerous driving offenses in the Criminal Law Amendment (IX), the draft manuscript also increased the penalties for illegal traffic violations in real life. Once the new rules are passed, the existing traffic safety legal system will be further improved to provide a legal basis for cracking down on the illegal activities of “buying and selling points” and better exerting the deterrent effect of the law on the drivers of “capitulation.”
