目的:探讨流程管理在社区医院门诊输液室的应用和效果。方法:运用流程管理方法对医院门诊输液室的关键流程实施优化改造,并进行静态和动态的流程管理。记录实施前后护理差错及缺陷的发生情况、平均输液等待时间和患者满意度情况,并进行分析比较。结果:输液室实施流程管理后,输液患者对输液室环境、护士服务态度、静脉穿刺技术、健康宣教等方面的满意度均优于实施前,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输液室实施流程管理,可以规范护理行为,保证护患安全,提高护理工作效率,提高输液患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application and effect of process management in the outpatient department of community hospitals. Methods: To optimize and rebuild the key procedures of hospital outpatient infusion room by the method of process management, and to carry out static and dynamic process management. Records before and after the implementation of nursing errors and defects, the average infusion waiting time and patient satisfaction, and analysis and comparison. Results: After transfusion room management, the satisfaction of transfusion room patients to infusion room environment, nurse service attitude, venipuncture technology, health education and so on was better than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: The infusion room implementation of the process management can regulate the nursing behavior, ensure the safety of nurses and patients, improve the efficiency of nursing work, and improve the satisfaction of infusion patients.
