多年来,一直强调公务员要培养对外、对媒体、对网友的沟通表达能力,效果显然不错,如今公务员在表达方面的幽默水平有了很大的提升。两会前,国家统计局公布2009年“70个大中城市房屋销售价格上涨1.5%”。结果遭受质疑,情急之下统计局某高官解释“(结果)是统计局‘技术性问题’,而非‘人品问题’”。其实没人怀疑国家统计局的人品问题。不过,这个没有什么技术性的解释着实雷倒了大片网民,如此幽默的表达方式甚至转移了人民对数据本身的质疑。
