以立式粉磨机立柱为研究对象,采用有限元软件ANSYS对立柱进行模态分析,得到立柱的固有频率和相应的主振型。为了解各阶频率对结构响应情况,对立柱进行了谐响应分析,得到立柱可能在27 Hz附近发生共振。根据分析结果对立柱进行改进,使得立柱第1阶固有频率提高到28.66 Hz,立柱第2阶固有频率提高到29.91 Hz,有效地避免了共振的发生。研究结果为提高立式粉磨机立柱的动态性能及再设计提供了理论依据。
With the vertical grinding machine column as the research object, the finite element software ANSYS was used to carry out the modal analysis of the column, and the natural frequency and the corresponding main vibration mode of the column were obtained. In order to understand the response of various frequencies to the structure, a harmonic response analysis of the column was performed, and the resulting column may resonate around 27 Hz. According to the analysis result, the column is improved so that the first natural frequency of the column is increased to 28.66 Hz and the second natural frequency of the column is increased to 29.91 Hz, which effectively avoids the resonance. The results provide a theoretical basis for improving the dynamic performance and redesigning of the vertical grinding column.
