为加强野生狼尾草种质资源的研究与利用,以65份狼尾草种质资源为试验材料,对狼尾草7个主要性状进行评价与分析。结果表明:供试种质资源中花序数变异系数最大,其次依次为冠幅>叶长>抽穗后株高>花序长>抽穗前株高>叶宽;根据种质资源间各性状的遗传差异,通过聚类分析将65份种质资源划分为3类,并从类群Ⅱ和类群Ⅲ中选出8个优选株系。优选株系主要性状表现株型紧凑,单株花序多等特点,抗逆性综合评价为优,在观赏狼尾草育种中具有重要利用价值。
In order to strengthen the research and utilization of wild Pennisetum germplasm resources, 65 Pennisetum germplasm resources were used as experimental materials to evaluate and analyze the seven main characters of Pennisetum. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the inflorescence number in the germplasm resources was the largest, followed by the crown width> leaf length> heading height> inflorescence length> height before heading> leaf width. According to the genetic differences among germplasm resources 65 germplasm resources were divided into 3 groups by cluster analysis and 8 preferred strains were selected from group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. The main characters of the preferred lines were compact plant type and many inflorescences per plant. The comprehensive evaluation of stress resistance was excellent, which was of great value in ornamental Pennisetum breeding.
