了解和搞清当地家蝇对常见杀虫剂的抗药性水平和敏感性程度,掌握其本底资料、做好监督工作,为全面开展综合防制提供科学依据。本文就1986—1987年伊盟地区家蝇对γ—666、敌百虫、DDVP、溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯敏感性和抗药性进行了调查讨论.其结果:全盟所辖八个旗(市),共抽查七个点,测得家蝇对敌百虫总抗性指数为5,081~28,395,比1982年平均增高了2.2倍,γ—666抗性指数在1,116~2,369之间,比82年平均高了1.36倍;DDVP KT_(50)在7.65分~22.4分钟之间,比82年平均增高1.97倍。溴氰菊酯 KT_(50)在5.33~10.9分之间,二氯苯醚菊酯 KT50在.26分~9.8分之间,均为敏感;溴氰菊酯 LD_(50)在0.0006732~0.0009468μg/蝇之间,平均值比国内正常品系高1.35倍,有耐药现象;二氯苯醚菊酯 LD_(50)在0.005662~0.006224μg/蝇之间,基本接近国内正常品系;DDVP LD_(50)在0.00707~0.0665μg/蝇之间,平均值比国内正常品系高3.2倍,有明显耐药性;从而表明,溴氰菊酯药物毒力最强,它是二氯苯醚菊酯7.2倍,DDVP 的45.4倍。
