叠片式小型波纹管的研制

叠片式波纹管与挤压、电铸成形的波纹管相比,有壁薄、伸缩比大(动程大),弹力小(调节稳定),总体尺寸小等优点。它成为研制调频连调管的关键之一。文中采用凹凸圆弧波纹形式,制成了外径15mm、内径5.5mm,壁厚0.08mm和外径10.8mm,内径4mm,壁厚0.05mm两种波纹管。还采用蝶形波纹形式制成了外径10.8mm,内径4 mm,壁厚0.05mm的波纹管。目前壁厚0.05mm、内径为3mm的内圆焊缝业已焊接成功。为进一步缩小波纹管尺寸准备了条件。小型波纹管研制比之于较大的波纹管来说,将遇到一些新问题,除壁薄和内外圆尺寸小所带来的困难外,因为用于电真空器件上,波纹管要随器件一起径受850~900℃钎焊温度和长时间去气温度(550℃ 6~20小时)烘烤、对波纹管材料提出了新的要求,本文对几项关键的工艺措施,小波纹管的各项性能指标,几种材料的性能试验情况等三个方面进行了介绍: Laminated corrugated pipe and extrusion, electroformed corrugated compared to a thin wall, telescopic ratio (large stroke), elasticity (stability adjustment), the overall size of small advantages.
