本文从比较计算机绘图与手工绘图的特点开始，分析１９８４年颁布的《机械制图国家标准》中一些不利于进行计算机绘图的规定，并提出改正意见。
This article begins with comparing the characteristics of computer graphics and hand-drawn graphics, and analyzes some of the “national standards of mechanical drawing” that were detrimental to computer graphics promulgated in 1984 and puts forward corrective suggestions.
