弱势群体犯罪问题已经成为当前和今后一个时期影响我国治安秩序和社会稳定最突出的问题之一。本文通过社会排斥理论来分析弱势群体犯罪问题,指出了弱势群体犯罪不仅要从个体微观方面寻找原因,社会因素在当前弱势群体犯罪形成过程中的作用也不容忽视。因此,从根本上化解弱势群体犯罪对治安秩序和社会稳定带来的影响,需要从完善社会经济保障体系,提高社会保障水平;促进社会参与,提高社会赋权的有效性;破除制度性排斥障碍,增强社会融入度;加强价值观培育,提高社会文化凝聚力等多方面入手。
The issue of the crime of the underprivileged groups has become one of the most prominent issues that affect the order of public order and social stability in our country at present and in the coming period. This article analyzes the crime of vulnerable groups through the theory of social exclusion, points out that the crime of vulnerable groups should not only look for the reasons from the individual micro aspect, but also the role of social factors in the formation of the current vulnerable groups. Therefore, fundamentally resolving the impact of the crimes of the disadvantaged groups on public order and social stability, we need to improve the social and economic security system and raise the level of social security; promote social participation and increase the effectiveness of social empowerment; and eliminate the institutional exclusionary obstacles , Enhance social integration, strengthen the cultivation of values and enhance social and cultural cohesion.
