来自能效标识制度实施十周年研讨会的消息表明,我国能效标识已覆盖了5类33种用能产品,备案企业9000余家,备案实验室900余个,取得4419亿千瓦时的节能成效。能效标识制度是由国家发展改革委、国家质检总局、国家认监委联合推出的一项节能减排和质量保障举措,于2005年3月正式实施。过去10年,近18亿粘贴有能效标识的家电产品、近百亿只照明产品、两亿余台办公设备、超过千万台商用设备被销售,对促进节能技术进步、平衡国际贸易中的“绿色壁垒”
According to the seminar on the tenth anniversary of the implementation of the energy efficiency labeling system, China’s energy efficiency labeling has covered 33 types of energy-using products in 5 categories, over 9,000 filing enterprises and over 900 record-keeping laboratories, achieving 441.9 billion kilowatt-hours of energy-saving results. Energy efficiency labeling system by the National Development and Reform Commission, AQSIQ, CNCA jointly launched a energy-saving emission reduction and quality assurance initiatives, in March 2005 formally implemented. In the past 10 years, nearly 1.8 billion energy-efficiency labeled home appliances, nearly 10 billion lighting products, more than 200 million sets of office equipment and more than 10 million commercial equipment were sold. This has helped to promote energy-saving technological progress and balance international trade. “green barrier”
