城市竞争日益激烈,城市文化作为城市竞争的一大因素,其发展特点日渐受到人们的重视。深圳城市文化最大的特点就是创新性和包容性。造就这一特点的很大一部分原因是活跃在这座城市的创新型人才,其中,包含了一大批设计创新人才,他们在推动深圳城市文化的建设过程中有重要贡献。深圳作为“设计之都”对设计创新人才有巨大的需求。在各行各业大量投入资金和精力的背景下,如何更有效率、切实地培养设计创新人才,进一步推动深圳城市文化发展,是教育工作者要持续研究的课题。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the city, urban culture as a major factor in urban competition has drawn increasing attention from its development. Shenzhen city culture is characterized by the most innovative and inclusive. Part of the reason for this feature is the innovative talent active in the city, which includes a large number of innovative design talents who make an important contribution to the development of Shenzhen’s urban culture. Shenzhen as “Design Capital” has a huge demand for designing innovative talents. Under the background that a great deal of capital and energy are invested in all walks of life, how to cultivate innovative talents in design more effectively and practically and further promote the development of urban culture in Shenzhen is an issue that educators should continue to study.
