《晋志讲堂》是山西省地方志办公室2017年推出的一个崭新的培训修志编鉴人才,提升综合业务素质的重要举措。2017年2月24日正式开讲。《晋志讲堂》旨在提高修志人员的业务水平,服务“两全目标”任务落实;引领崇尚学术、重视业务、尊重人才的风气;搭建业务和学术交流平台,推动地方志事业转型升级;培养人才,教学相长,薪火相传,打造一支有理想、有追求、有水平、讲奉献、靠得住、打得赢的队伍。《晋志讲堂》成为山西省方志办继《方志山西》微信公众号之后推出的又一重要平台。
“Jinzhi Lecture Hall” is a brand-new brand new training program compiled by local history office of Shanxi Province in 2017 to enhance the quality of integrated business. February 24, 2017 officially opened. The “Jinzhi Auditorium” aims at improving the professional level of the staffs and service and fulfilling the mission of “two goals”; leading the academia, valuing the business and respecting the talents; establishing a platform for business and academic exchanges and promoting the transformation and upgrading of local history; Training personnel, teaching long-term, torpedo, to create an ideal, a pursuit, a level, dedication, reliable, winning team. “Jinzhi Lecture Hall” has become another important platform launched by Shanxi Provincial Department of Chronicles following the “Fangzhi Shanxi” WeChat public number.
