江苏海事局远程视频监控系统是将局各分支机构、政务中心等视频信息资源进行整合,实现信息共享,通过网络远程不定期的监控,促使对外服务的窗口工作人员提高工作的积极性和规范性,提升对外服务质量和服务效率。本文以江苏海事局远程视频监控系统建设为背景,从技术角度对常见的监控系统建设技术进行了比选分析,针对江苏海事系统点多、带宽窄等特点提出了合理的系统建设方案,详细阐述系统功能。
