结合我国中小型轧钢生产的现状 ,从工程实际应用的角度 ,通过对 CV型棒材飞剪机运动和动作特征的研究分析 ,提出了以飞剪启停剪切系统动能最小为目标函数 ,优化剪臂回转中心距 ,控制元件的选型原则 ,PLC控制程序中制动延时时间的调整方法及气动系统中离合器制动器气压的合理配置等三项提高剪切速度的实用措施 ,为设计部门和企业在设计调试飞剪或设备改造时提供参考依据
