观察贯众总多糖(Ms)对空肠弯曲杆菌CJ-S131诱导的红斑狼疮样综合征小鼠的防治作用。BALB/c小鼠随机分为6组,即正常组、模型对照组、SLE模型组、贯众总多糖(30和15mg·kg·1)组以及泼尼松(5mg·kg·1)组,采用CJ-S131免疫诱导小鼠疾病模型。检测贯众总多糖对小鼠体重和脏器指数、对抗自身抗体和总IgG水平以及尿蛋白和肾损伤的影响。结果表明,与SLE模型组相比,贯众总多糖可显著改善SLE模型小鼠体重降低(P<0.05),显著降低小鼠抗自身抗体和总IgG水平、抑制尿蛋白的升高,改善肾病理损伤。结果表明,贯众总多糖对狼疮样综合征小鼠有保护作用。
To observe the effect of Guanzhong total polysaccharide (Ms) on the prevention and treatment of CJ-S131-induced lupus erythematosus-like syndrome in mice. BALB / c mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model control group, SLE model group, total polysaccharide (30 and 15 mg · kg · 1) group and prednisone (5 mg · kg · 1) CJ-S131 immunization induced mouse disease model. The effect of total polysaccharide of Guanzhong on mouse body weight and organ index, anti-autoantibodies and total IgG levels, urinary protein and renal injury were examined. The results showed that compared with the SLE model group, Polysaccharide can significantly improve the weight loss of SLE model mice (P <0.05), significantly reduce anti-autoantibodies and total IgG levels in mice, inhibit the increase of urinary protein and improve renal disease Reason damage. The results show that Guanzhong total polysaccharide has a protective effect on mice with lupus-like syndrome.
