小学生正处于人格发展的重要阶段,是个体社会化的重要转折期,其自我意识迅速发展,挫折是其从事各种活动时常常遇到的障碍或干扰。他们受到挫折后一般表现出消极的情绪状态,挫折的经历往往会在一定程度上形成儿童行为心理障碍,如果不及时、正确地引导和教育,将会造成儿童期人格的某些缺陷。教育的真谛是育人教书,育人放在第一位,在孩子人格发展的路上指引方向,使其成为人格健全,德才兼备的人才,缺一不可。面对挫折应教育他们支持自己的目标,让他们坚信风雨过后会见彩虹。
The pupils are at an important stage of personality development and an important turning point in their socialization. Their self-awareness develops rapidly, and frustration is a disorder or disturbance often encountered in various activities. After being frustrated, they usually show negative emotional state. The experience of frustration tends to form psychological obstacle of children’s behavior to a certain extent. If they are not properly guided and educated in time, they will cause some defects in childhood’s personality. The essence of education is to educate people, educate people first, guide children in the direction of their personality development, and make them a qualified person with both integrity and ability. Both are indispensable. Facing the setbacks should educate them in supporting their goals and make them believe that they will meet with the rainbow after the storm.
