目的观察中西医结合方法治疗早期异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将76例早期异位妊娠患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗方案,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用活血化瘀消症杀胚方治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.74%,对照组为81.58%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀消症杀胚方结合西医常规治疗早期异位妊娠有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 76 cases of early ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with mifepristone + methotrexate (MTX), and the treatment group was treated with the method of promoting blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis and kill germ embryo on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate was 94.74% in the treatment group and 81.58% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The method of promoting blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis to kill embryo combined with Western conventional treatment of early ectopic pregnancy has a good clinical effect.
