目的:研究盐酸曲马多注射液对细菌内毒素检查试验的干扰情况,并建立其细菌内毒素检查的方法。方法:参照中国药典2005版附录ⅪE细菌内毒素检查法进行实验。结果:供试品在1∶150稀释液无干扰作用。结论:获得了可靠的实验数据和结果并建立了本品的细菌内毒素检查的方法。
Objective: To study the interference of tramadol hydrochloride injection in bacterial endotoxin test and establish the method of bacterial endotoxin test. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition Appendix E bacterial endotoxin test method. Results: The test sample in a 1: 150 dilution without interference. Conclusion: The reliable experimental data and results were obtained and the bacterial endotoxin test method was established.
