顾此失彼是又一种常见的语法错误。下面也举几个例子来谈谈。一、药物治疗如应用激素、镇痛、镇静和维生素等。这里作者讲的“药物治疗”,所举的例子中只有“激素”和“维生素”是药物,“镇痛”和“镇静”却不是药物。应用激素、维生素等药物说得通,应用镇痛、镇静就说不通了。就是说,作者只顾了激素、维生素这头,而没有顾及镇痛、镇静那一头、这句话应该改为“药物治疗如应用激素、镇痛药、镇静药和维生素等”。这样,“应用”这个动词就可以支配激素、镇痛药、镇静药、维生素四个宾语了。二、显微技术常用于切除脊膜瘤、神经纤维瘤、马尾肿瘤、髓内肿瘤、血管畸形和脊髓前外侧切开术等。这也是犯了顾此失彼的毛病。显微技术是主语,“用于”是谓语,用于切除脊膜瘤可以,用于神经纤维瘤、马尾肿瘤、髓内肿瘤……,就与“用于切
