活动策划:2004年秋末,北京巴士股份有限公司党委要求党群工作部和团委策划了“走近红旗渠、感受艰苦奋斗精神”大型主题教育活动。由公司优秀团干部、青年入党积极分子组成的队伍,踏上了走近红旗渠之旅。活动内容:在去之前,党委组织参观人员积极收集红旗渠资料。由于对参观的基本内容有了一定的了解,参观人员形成了寻求“感悟点”的主动心态。当参观人员走上渠畔,站在当年林县300名青年突击队员在每天仅有六两粮食,靠上山挖野菜下河捞水草充饥,用一年半时间,一锤一钎开凿的青年洞前,望着那被磨秃的钢钎、震裂的铁锤时,真实地感受到了什么是艰苦奋斗。参观归来,党委及时组织青年人进行座谈和撰写参观体会。一位入党积极分子感慨地说:“和他们相比,我们这一代年轻人似乎不知道什么是艰苦卓绝,对无私奉献的理解还不够深
