对一起50t级汽车起重机倾覆事故进行原因分析,发现汽车起重机支撑腿梁上检修手孔存在应力集中,在一定应力循环后产生疲劳裂纹,进一步使用后,裂纹扩展,发生开裂,引起支撑腿梁腹板变形,最终导致汽车起重机倾覆。通过力学分析和疲劳强度计算对该结论进行验证。依据事故结论,对另一台隐患汽车起重机进行预防性修复处理,并进行载荷试验,试验结果及实际应用效果表明,修复后强度满足要求。
An analysis of the cause of overturning of a 50t truck crane shows that there is stress concentration in the handholes of the overhaul leg of the truck crane. After a certain stress cycle, fatigue cracks are generated. The conclusion is verified by mechanical analysis and fatigue strength calculation.
