对两种不同含油污水处理工艺流程进行了应用效果对比。采用两次沉降除油、两级深度过滤的含油污水处理工艺流程 ,对污水含油量变化适应性强 ,水质易于保证 ,能够满足油田注水水质要求 ;其缺点是除油罐体积大 ,一般都在 30m3 以上 ,而且至少要两座 ,占地面积大。而小型高效除油设施体积小 ,占地面积少 ,但要求污水含油量在平稳状态下运行 ,处理后的水质容易超标准。
The application of two different oily wastewater treatment processes were compared. Adopting two subsidence oil removal and two-stage deep-filtering oil-containing sewage treatment process has strong adaptability to changes of oil-water content, water quality is easy to guarantee and can meet water injection quality requirements of oilfields. The disadvantage is that the volume of oil- 30m3 above, and at least two, covers an area of ?? large. The small and efficient oil removal facilities are small in size and occupy a small area, but require that the oil content of the sewage be operated in a steady state and the water quality after the treatment is easily exceeded.
