体育教师作为引导学生加强体育锻炼和培养坚强意志的中坚力量,如何培养既能够开展正常的体育教学活动,又能够指导学校运动训练的“双师型”体育教师成为培养过程中所面临的重要问题。在此通过分析学校“双师型”教师基本内涵,进一步探讨学校“双师型”体育教师队伍建设现状和存在的问题,提出构建“双师型”体育教师队伍建设的策略。
