鸡新城疫病毒 (newcastlediseasevirus,NDV)感染机体可以诱导产生干扰素、白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子等细胞因子 ,这些细胞因子能够在患瘤机体内发挥抗肿瘤作用。NDV的附着蛋白 (hemagglutinin -neuramidase ,HN蛋白 )具有增加瘤细胞对淋巴细胞的粘附力、刺激淋巴细胞的分化和改变肿瘤细胞的免疫原性等作用 ,同时NDV可以激活患瘤机体的免疫细胞 ,使免疫细胞发挥细胞毒性功能。NDV免疫机体后可以发挥这些抗肿瘤作用 ,提高机体的免疫力 ,促进机体的抗肿瘤反应 ,减少肿瘤的生长、转移和复发 ,增加肿瘤病人的存活率 ,在临床治疗肿瘤中有较高的治疗价值
Newcastle disease virus (newcastle disease virus, NDV) can induce the production of cytokines such as interferon, interleukin and tumor necrosis factor. These cytokines can exert anti-tumor effects in tumor-bearing organisms. The NDV attachment protein (hemagglutinin-neuramidase, HN protein) has the effect of increasing the adhesion of tumor cells to lymphocytes, stimulating the differentiation of lymphocytes, and altering the immunogenicity of tumor cells, while NDV can activate immune cells of tumor-bearing organisms. Immune cells exert cytotoxic function. NDV can exert these anti-tumor effects after being immunized with the body, improve the body’s immune system, promote the body’s anti-tumor response, reduce tumor growth, metastasis and recurrence, increase the survival rate of tumor patients, and have higher treatment in clinical treatment of tumors. value
