选极F型封装功率晶体管,简称选极晶体管,是一种具有F型封装外型,制造时可根据整机电路组态需要选择芯片电极与管座电连通状态的功率晶体管。以双极型晶体管为例,对于同一型号,具有发射极接壳、基极接壳、集电极接壳、电极均不接壳四种接壳方式,可分别与共射、共基、共集电极三种电路组态匹配使用。其电路符号如图1所示。图中大圆圈代表金属管壳,小圆点指示与金属管壳电连接的电极,从左至右依次为E壳、B壳、C壳、壳悬浮(F壳)四种接壳方式。
