近年来,镇江市总工会紧紧抓住(劳动合同法>等法律法规赋予工会组织的代表权、参与权、表达权、监督权,按照依法维权、程序维权、载体维权的工作思路,把依法规范用人单位劳动规章制度作为工会参与社会管理创新、深化厂务公开民主管理的重要切入口,建立了共决劳动规章、倒逼企业主动开展民主管理的有效机制,实现了维权法制化、程序刚性化、指导服务化,有效促进了厂务公开民主管理制度的建立、运行和作用发挥,取得了企业欢迎、职工满意、社会认同的多赢效果。
