本文报道了水稻纹枯病在黑龙江省垦区的分布与危害情况，病原菌的生物学特性及病害的发生规律，指出了影响病害发生的因素，并提出了较为有效的综防措施。
This paper reports the distribution and damage of rice sheath blight in the reclamation area of Heilongjiang Province, the biological characteristics of pathogenic bacteria and the occurrence of the disease, points out the factors that affect the occurrence of the disease and puts forward the effective comprehensive precautionary measures.
