近年来通过现场实践和对克山病病因的调查研究,特别是地学与医学部门协作,已积累了不少病区自然环境、水土粮和居民膳食状况等调查和实验资料大大促进了克山病致病途径和病因研究的进展。自然环境水土条件是通过食用农作物和饮用水而影响人体。因而探讨克山病病区粮菜和克山病发病的关系,具有重要意义。
