以黑龙江省高职院校篮球教学师资队伍为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对高职院校篮球课师资队伍的性别、年龄、职称、学历、科研能力等方面内容等进行调查分析。通过查阅相关文献资料为本研究打下理论基础,通过自编的调查问卷对黑龙江省15所高职院校的30名篮球教师进行问卷调查,并对所得的数据进行统计分析。结果表明,黑龙江省高职院校篮球教师呈现年轻化的趋势,女教师比例小,职称不合理,学历以本科为主,硕士以上的教师偏少,科研能力比较薄弱。针对存在的问题,提出了优化师资队伍建设,提高教师业务能力水平的对策。
Taking the teaching staff of basketball teaching in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the gender, age, professional titles, academic qualifications, scientific research ability, etc. of basketball teachers in higher vocational colleges by means of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and mathematical statistics. Aspects such as investigation and analysis. By consulting the relevant literature and materials for the study to lay a theoretical foundation, through self-made questionnaire survey of 30 basketball teachers in 15 vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province, a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the data obtained. The results show that the basketball teachers in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province tend to be young. The proportion of female teachers is small, the titles are not reasonable, the academic background is undergraduate, the number of teachers with master’s degree is less, and the ability of scientific research is relatively weak. In view of the existing problems, some countermeasures are proposed to optimize the construction of teaching staff and improve their professional ability.
