采用在低叶酸的培养条件下,对卵巢癌宫颈癌患者各11例和正常人10例外周血淋巴细胞染色体的不稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,两种恶性肿瘤患者的染色体畸变率与正常对照组相比较,有显著性差异,两种恶性肿瘤患者染色体畸变率明显高于正常对照组。
Under low folic acid culture conditions, chromosome instability in 10 peripheral blood lymphocytes was investigated in 11 patients with ovarian cancer and 11 normal controls. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the chromosome aberration rate between the two malignant tumor patients and the normal control group. The chromosome aberration rate of the two malignant tumor patients was significantly higher than that of the normal control group.
