温州市工农业总产值从1977年到1985年翻了两番,平均每年递增19.4%,财政收入也同步增长,8年中增加了3.8倍,农村人均收入翻了三番。温州农村发展以家庭经济为基础,以家庭工业和联户工业为支柱,以专业市场为依托,以购销员为骨干的商品经济新格局被誉为“温州模式”。中央领导对温州经济的发展给予高度的评价,近几年来全国各地到温州农村调查参观者络绎不绝。对“温州模式”的认识从褒贬不一逐渐趋向一致。这就是“温州人民从本地的实际出发,不依靠国家的投资,走出了一条发展商品经济的新路子”。
The total output value of industry and agriculture in Wenzhou City has quadrupled from 1977 to 1985, with an average annual increase of 19.4%. The fiscal revenue has also increased at the same pace. It has increased by 3.8 times in eight years and the rural per capita income has tripled. Wenzhou’s rural development is based on the family economy, with the family industry and the household industry as the pillars, the professional market as the basis, and the new pattern of commodity economy with purchasers and salesmen as the “Wenzhou model.” The central leadership gave a high evaluation of the economic development of Wenzhou. In recent years, surveys of visitors from all parts of the country to Wenzhou have continued. The understanding of the “Wenzhou model” has gradually become more consistent with the different opinions. This is the “Wenzhou people starting from the local reality, do not rely on the state’s investment, out of a new way to develop the commodity economy.”
