改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择。1978年以来,中国共产党先后召开过七次三中全会,历届会议都承担着促进经济发展和社会进步的重大使命,具有纲领性意义和时代性色彩。中国从未停止过多种层面改革的步伐,每一次三中全会都是一座改革的历史航标。2013年11月,党的十八届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,是我们党在新的历史起点上全面深化改革的科学指南和行动纲领。
Reform and opening up are the key choices that determine the destiny of contemporary China. Since 1978, the CPC has successively convened the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee. All previous sessions have assumed the important mission of promoting economic development and social progress and are of programmatic significance and epoch-making color. China has never stopped its pace of reform at various levels. Each Third Plenary Session is a historical beacon of reform. In November 2013, the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform”, reviewed and approved by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, is the scientific guide and program of action for our party in deepening the reform comprehensively at the new historical starting point.
