系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者常发生高丙种球蛋白血症,最近一些研究证实这些患者的血中抗体形成细胞增多。作者对24例SLE患者的周围血液淋巴细胞主动分泌的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)进行了定量测定,并利用逆转溶血空斑试验(RHPA)检测免疫球蛋白分泌细胞(IgSC)的频率与正常对照组相比较。SLE患者IgG分泌细胞的平均频率为489/10~6个周围血液单核细胞,比对照组平均值137显著较高(P<0.005)。SLE患者IgA分泌细胞平均频率为293/10~6个细胞,比对照组平均值96也显著增高(P<0.01)。SLE患者IgM分泌细胞频率正常为53/10~6,对照组为66/10~6。疾病
Hypogammaglobulinemia often occurs in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and recent studies have demonstrated an increase in antibody-producing cells in the blood of these patients. The authors quantitated the secretion of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) from peripheral blood lymphocytes in 24 patients with SLE. The patients were treated with reverse hemolytic plaque test RHPA) to detect immunoglobulin-secreting cells (IgSC) frequency compared with the normal control group. The average frequency of IgG-secreting cells in SLE patients was 489/10 to 6 peripheral blood mononuclear cells, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.005). The average frequency of IgA secreting cells in SLE patients was 293/10 ~ 6 cells, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). SLE patients with IgM secretion of normal cell frequency was 53/10 ~ 6, the control group was 66/10 ~ 6. disease
