Under normal circumstances, there are four main ways of corporate finance: self-accumulation of enterprises, mutual inter-bank lending, borrowing from banks, issuing stocks through the stock market and bond financing. Self-accumulation is a most primitive way, the development of real estate enterprises is hugely costly, it is obviously difficult to support only by the self-accumulation of enterprises.
