1病例报告患者男,20岁。因腹痛腹泻口服诺氟沙星胶囊0.3g,约30min出现全身瘙痒、口唇发紫、阴囊疼痛前来就诊。查体:意识清楚,呼吸急促,心肺听诊未见异常;全腹软,脐周有轻压痛,无反跳痛;体温36.9℃,心率90/min;口唇呈紫色,阴囊肿胀充血。考虑为诺氟沙星所致的变态反应。给予高流量吸氧,口服氯苯那敏片、维生素C片,地塞米松注射液静脉滴注等治疗。30min后患者呼吸平稳,瘙痒缓解,口唇变红,阴囊水肿减轻。
1 case report patient male, 20 years old. Due to abdominal pain and oral norfloxacin capsules 0.3g, about 30min systemic itching, purple lips, scrotum pain came to the clinic. Examination: Consciousness, shortness of breath, cardiopulmonary auscultation no abnormalities; full belly soft, mild tenderness on the umbilical cord, no rebound pain; body temperature 36.9 ℃, heart rate 90 / min; purple lips, swelling of the scrotum congestion. Consider the allergic reaction to norfloxacin. Give high-flow oxygen, oral chlorpheniramine tablets, vitamin C tablets, dexamethasone injection intravenous infusion and other treatment. After 30min patients with stable breathing, itching relieve, red lips, reduce edema of the scrotum.
